Since we're not going to the Caribbean this March, enjoy the energy and flow of the oceanside by practicing GYROKINESIS® and creating a dance with CAROL ANDERSON.
GYROKINESIS® is a unique form of exercise integrating motion, breath and intention in spherical motion. Classes include both standing and sitting work. We will investigate patterns of spirals, waves and arcs, animating the body's inner ocean with deep motion. Movements will be woven together in a short dance.
*PLEASE NOTE in order to benefit from these sessions where you will learn a dance, we ask that you commit to all 4 classes
